  1. Mix cold mashed potatoes and flour together until fully incorporated.
  2. Toss flour onto the counter for rolling out the dough.
  3. Divide the dough into 2" balls for rolling out.
  4. Roll the dough for roughly 2 minutes on each side, or until turning brown.
  5. Transfer the flattened dough to a skillet that has been pre-heated to medium.
  6. Cook the dough for roughly 2 minutes on each side, or until turning brown.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Ready to serve.
