It gives us great pleasure to announce that Camille Desire has been selected as the January Employee of the Month for Pineland Farms. Camille has been with our cheese packaging line, since July 2015.
Camille is a solid worker who shows up every day and does her job on the packing line with speed and accuracy. She looks ahead on production to anticipate what needs to be done and isn’t flustered when schedules change. She tries to make sure the packaging line changeovers go quickly and in an organized fashion.
