It gives us great pleasure to announce that Reggie Merrill has been selected as the February 2016 Employee of the Month for Pineland Farms. Reggie has been with our production department working on D shift.
Reggie is a member of Chris Blake’s D-Shift night team, but he has often been a tremendous help on the B-Shift team as well. He could be counted on to come in and help the opposite shift, sometimes on a moment’s notice, just by calling him and saying “Reggie, we are short-handed tonight”. He is primarily a Mash Packaging operator, but willingly works where he is needed, sometimes volunteering to fill two positions if the crew is severely short staffed.
