It gives us great pleasure to announce that Andy Anderson has been selected as the December Employee of the Month for Pineland Farms. Andy has been with our Cheese Department since July 2015.
Andy is a solid worker who shows up every day and does his job on the cheese line extremely well. He’s a guy who looks ahead on production to anticipate what needs to be done. He tries to make sure the line changeovers go quickly and smoothly. Additionally, he is part of the early sanitation crew that does much of the cleaning to prepare for the day. He maintains a high level of quality, and is mindful of the requirements of a “Ready To Eat” production line.
